Description This auction is for an authentic and rare 1928 Series $500.00 Gold FRN.   I am selling this for a friend who feels someone else should get an opportunity to have and hold one of these.  I only got to see it long enough to make these pictures.  This individual keeps it stored in a bank safe deposit box.  This note was issued by the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, Georgia.
