FR  # 40 (Speelman  - White)  note with the "COGWHEEL REVERSE". This note  is in XF condition with NO tears, NO micro pinholes, ALL 4 corners squared and overall GREAT color. Looks and feels almost like a AU note except for the "slight" folds of that period.
