The bill is circulated, but does retain most of its orginal crispness. A really nice "rare" note in circulated condition. A must have for anyone collecting circulated notes. I see the condition as a EF-40, but judge for yourself. A little rust stain on the reverse of this note.No pinholes or tears. This note has minimal fold marks. This note will sell to the highest bidder. The note you see is the note you will recieve.
