A superb high grade specimen of this 1917 note.  This note has been graded by PMG as ABOUT-UNCIRCULATED 55  !!!!  This is my opinion only please use large scans and grade for yourself I always try to use large scans for all notes so that any imperfections or qualities are easily seen.
