OR MAKE AN OFFER!!       1914-$5.00-FR871c-LARGE-SCARCE FEDERAL RESERVE NOTE FROM CHICAGO, IL.      GREAT LOOKING NOTE !!!     This great looking note has bold vivid colors, crispy, great corners and edges, white backgrounds, shows a lot of the red and blue threads still running through it.  In my opinion I would grade this note as  VERY FINE to EXTREMELY FINE !!  This is my opinion only please use large scans and grade for yourself I always try to use large scans for all notes so that any imperfections or qualities are easily seen.  Please look at the exact note yourself and make your own opinion of the grade.
