PCGS EXTRA FINE 40PPQ' Description 1914-$5.00-FR859a-A-LARGE-SCARCE FEDERAL RESERVE NOTE FROM CLEVELAND, OHIO.       GREAT LOOKING NOTE GRADED by PCGS as EXTREMELY FINE 40 PPQ !!!     This great looking note has vivid bold colors, crispy, great corners and edges, white backgrounds, good eye appeal, shows a lot of the red and blue threads still running through it.  This note has been graded by the very conservative PCGS as EXTREMELY FINE 40 PPQ !!  The PPQ stands for Premium Paper Quality!!!  This is my opinion only please use large scans and grade for yourself I always try to use large scans for all notes so that any imperfections or qualities are easily seen.  Please look at the exact note yourself and make your own opinion of the grade.
