OR  MAKE AN OFFER !!   1914-$20.00-FR1004-LARGE-FEDERAL RESERVE NOTE FROM DALLAS, TEXAS.        BRIGHT NICE LOOKING NOTE GRADED by PMG as FINE 12 !!!!      SIGNATURES BURKE & McADOO!     RARE DALLAS NOTE, KEY TO SERIES!!!     This RARE great bright looking note has vivid colors, crispy, great corners, edges and margins, bright white backgrounds, except for the stain, still shows a lot of the red and blue threads still running through it. This note has been graded by PMG as FINE 12 !!!  This note has the eye appeal of a much higher grade, but the stains take it away.  This is only my opinion please use large scans and grade for yourself I always try to use large scans for all notes so that any imperfections or qualities are easily seen. Please look at the exact note yourself and make your own opinion of the grade.
