We were fortunate to find a hoard in New York that were still in the original packs of 50!Catherine the Great extended Russia's presence into the International community establishing the first foreign loans and bonds via the Dutch Bank.  She began creating the amazing art collection of the Czars which is now, the Hemitage Museum with over 4 million pieces of art!  Catherine was also a very liberated woman for her time that took on many lovers upon whom she bestowed gifts of land, parks, homes et al.  She was the female version of Bill Clinton or the rich old guy in Aspen or California with the hot little blond babe.  (It is after all, all about the money & Power).
