OR  MAKE AN OFFER!!   $5.00-1902-FR590-LARGE-" "DATE BACK" THE SECURITY NATIONAL BANK OF SIOUX CITY, IWOA   "RARE" GOOD LOOKING NOTE!!      SCARCE SIGNATURES!!   This Rare great looking note has viviv bold colors, good corners, edges, and margins, the bank signatures are in great shape, great eye appeal, a lot of red and blue fibers running through it.  Only six of these are still in existence.  In my opinion I would grade this RARE note as as  FINE ++  !!  This is my opinion only please use large scans and grade for yourself I always try to use large scans for notes so that any imperfections or qualities are easily seen.  This note has a numerous folds which accounts for the grade, no stains, no tears, no pinholes.  Please look at the exact note yourself and make your own opinion of the grade.  Scarce government signatures are Lyons and Roberts.    NOTE TO PERSONS MAKING AN OFFER: On auctions with make an offer you can make an offer at any time.  On an offer it can be made on the first day of the auction and if it is agreeable with me the auction gets ended right then and you win for your offer.  It does not work like a regular auction where you wait until the last minute to make your bid.  Unfortunately I have had bidders wait until the last minute or two and it did not give me time to respond to the offer so they lost out on the auction and I lost out on the sale.  Please do not wait if you want to make an offer.     S&H charges are as follows: $1.00-$49.99……$ 5.00 $50.00-$99.99……$ 6.00 $100.00-$149.99……$ 7.00 $150.00 and over……$ 8.00 S&H Charges are not negotiable.
