OR MAKE AN OFFER!!   $5.00-1902-FR606-LARGE-CHATHAM PHENIX NATIONAL BANK AND TRUST COMPANY NEW YORK, NY!!     RARE GREAT LOOKING NOTE!!    This Rare great looking note has vivid bold colors, great corners, edges and bottom margin is a little thin, white backgrounds, great eye appeal, these signatures were applied by an outside printer, a lot of red and blue fibers running through it. In my opinion I would grade this note as  EXTREMELY FINE !!  This is strictly my opinion only, and I am not a professional grader.  I always try to use large scans for ungraded notes so that any imperfections or qualities are easily seen.  This note has a couple of very slight folds, a light stain on right side of reverse, no tears, no pinholes.   Please look at the exact note yourself and make your own opinion of the grade.  Scarce government signatures are Teehee and Burke.     S&H charges are as follows: $1.00-$49.99……$ 5.00 $50.00-$99.99……$ 6.00 $100.00-$149.99……$ 7.00 $150.00 and over……$ 8.00 S&H Charges are not negotiable.
