OR MAKE AN OFFER!!   $20.00-1902-FR650-LARGE-THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK IN MINNEAPOLIS, MN!!     RARE GOOD LOOKING NOTE !!   This Rare good looking date note has great colors, crispy, good corners, edges and margins, white backgrounds, stamped signatures, a lot of red and blue fibers running through it. In my opinion I would grade this note as  VERY FINE !!  This is strictly my opinion only, and I am not a professional grader.  I always try to use large scans for ungraded notes so that any imperfections or qualities are easily seen.  This note has a few folds/wrinkles, no stains, no tears, has six pinholes in portait area.   Please look at the exact note yourself and make your own opinion of the grade.  Scarce government signatures are Lyons and Roberts.     S&H charges are as follows: $1.00-$49.99……$ 5.00 $50.00-$99.99……$ 6.00 $100.00-$149.99……$ 7.00 $150.00 and over……$ 8.00 S&H Charges are not negotiable.
