The bill is circulated, but does not retain much of its orginal crispness. A really nice noteto have in circulated condition. A must have for anyone collecting circulated notes. I see the condition as a VG-8, but judge for yourself. Minimal staining on this note. A couple small pinholes,  no tears. This note will sell to the highest bidder.
