N. Fitzgerald, Secretary and Wm W Foulkrod, President.  Woodward & Dickerson is no longer in existence (they were bought by ConAgra, Inc. in Omaha, Nebraska) but they were a very old, original Philadelphia company that dated back to about 1880.  There looks like a bend mark in the certificate towards the bottom left hand side that extends to about the middle of the certificate.  There is a dark round mark under the date.  It is in a black wood frame (it was framed when I got it) with glass - the kraft framing paper on the back has some tears. It is also handwritten on the back with "HJK Office? or Acctg Office".  This is a very old piece, and do not know anything about nor am I an expert in these types of collectibles, but for an item of this age it seems to be in very good condition and I have attempted to describe it to the best of my ability.  It measures 21 x 16 inches.
