It has been in storage for at least 25 years and has some light gold toning and some light and darker gray/black toning and tarnish and speckling/spotting on it, but is still more light grayish-silver colored and somewhat shiny, it may have been cleaned or shined some time in the past, but if so, it was a long time ago, and has since toned back some and views pretty decent as it is now. It has a few noticeable longer light scratches and more of them seen under magnification and otherwise has some small rim nicks, dents and dings, and some little marks, nicks, and light scratches, scrapes and scuffs, nothing exceptionally major or totally out of line for a coin of it's grade, all of which you should be able to see in my pictures, and would make a pretty nice addition to your U.S. Twenty Cent Piece Collection just as it is and especially if you need this date!
