Description I am selling this nearly impossible to get a hold of Series 1869 RAINBOW TWENTY DOLLAR BILL I am a collector and investor of very Rare items This note has a great history beginning with the Gengerke Census of Rare US paper Money. It is from a fresh run of uncirculated notes and listed as such. Furthermore it was send originally to PMG and returned as a graded GEM 65 EPQ I bought the note from the person who had it sent to them. I sent it 1 more time to RCGS for further verification and received a Gem 66 rating. I still believe it to be even nicer. If the new owner wants it back in the Gem 66 PQ holder I would imagine RCGS would do so. I am new to ebay and will be here for a while. I am registered with them and they have a strict policy with sellers. They have my info and credit card. I am a Private Investigator by trade.
