Description Offered here is an original, problem-free Very Fine to Extra Fine example of an 1866 three cent nickel with dramatic doubled-die obverse attributed as FS-004 in The Cherrypickers' Guide to Rare Die Varieties.  Bold doubling is noted on the entire obverse, most evident on AMERICA and the base of the bust.  Coin exhibits a nice silvery gray color and bold detail for the grade.  Guaranteed as described with a full seven (7) day return privilege.  As grading is somewhat subjective, please check out the photos and judge for yourself.
