If pinned down for a numerical grade, I would grade it AU50 or so. It has lusterous surfaces for a lightly circulated dollar, with a nice silvery gray color and beautiful rainbow peripheral oning from a stay in an old album, attesting to it's originality. There is a little wear evident, as would be expected for the grade, and a couple light contact marks from normal circulation. It is a very attractive piece that would look nice in your collection. A beautiful little lady, so if you are looking for just one nice piece for your type set, this one is for you! I doubt you'll be disappointed with these dollars. An early date dollar in an uncommon condition. Try to find nice problem free high grade circulated Seated dollars these days- I think they are all residing in collections and dealers can't get enough to satisfy demand, so expect these to go up a lot over time. These rare and early dates are becoming very difficult to locate now in any grade and almost impossible to find in this grade without shelling out two times what the price guides list it at. I need to pay for some home repairs and some other bills, so I have it priced at under current market to sell fast and give someone a great deal.
