The medal depicts a religious figure on the obverse who wears a clerical cap and gown. The Legend reads, CAMILL. S. R. EP. C. MAXIMUS. I am not sure who this is. Below the bust is the identity of the medalist which is not entirely clear but appears to GUILEIM or something similar. The reverse depicts a man sitting next to a jug that is spilling its contents. A dog sits to his left. He is looking up into the sky where Leo the Lion is in the constellation.
