Description
Offered by Shawn A. Yancey of Earlycoppercoins, EAC #4647. The coin offered is a 1652 Oak Tree Shilling, variety Noe 1, which is an R3 example of the "IN at LEFT" Redbook variety. This coin has been authenticated and graded by PCGS as F15 in one of their new blue-label holders. The coin is a nice original gray color with sharp details. The only detraction is that it is unevenly struck so that the left side is much stronger than the right. The Oak Tree coins are a little bit harder to find than the Pine Trees. This coin is listed on page 37 of the 2009 Redbook with a value of $3,400 in F12. This coin is a F15 certified by the best - PCGS! In accordance with Ebay's new policies, I can now only accept payment by Paypal. I also offer FREE shipping with insurance, so what you bid is what you pay! 3-day return privilege in original holder - satisfaction guaranteed! I am an early copper dealer and EAC member that specializes in early date half cents, large cents, and early type coins. Make sure you take the time to check out my other listings and my eBay Store!
