Description Lovely Augustus silver denarius struck in Lugdunum mint between 7 - 5 B.C. Very nice obverse with a beautifull laureate portrait right and complete legend CAESAR.AVGVSTVS.DIVI.F.PATER.PATRIAE. In reverse Lucius and Caius caesares standing front, each togate and resting hand on shield; behind each shield, a spear; above on l. simpulum r., and on r., lituus left. C.L.CAESARES in exergue.
