Description
Whoa! Illegal Govt Raids! Lawsuits! Forfeiture Law Abuse, Court Filings, National News Story! No Arrests! No Charges! No Evidence of Wrongdoing! But the feds want to auction the $eizure!Judge orders 6-month stay!Got Liberty? Some Details about this Astonishing Auction:Ownership of this Liberty-Dollar-Certificate entitles the bearer to become a plaintiff in the class-action lawsuit against the US Government -& entitles the Plaintiff (the entire Class) to collect Punitive-Damages that are awarded upon Prevailing! Also, based on increased value due to collector demand -- I will not be selling most of this batch on eBay. Bid or lose! How's all that for a "Bidding Incentive"! The image/s shown are representative of the item/s being sold (not actual images of the item/s). The Serial Number range of the Item/s are: F Series, 2006Base-20 Valuation: Worth $50 in ALD at the new Base $50! Yeah! Attention: Silver is on the Move Skyward! The Liberty Dollar has moved from Base $20 to $50! This effectively revalues the face of all Base $20 Liberty Dollars +250%!$1=>$2.50, $5=>$12.50, $10=>$25, $20=>$50 (Before Considering Numismatics --which have already driven bids well over 3000% of face value - & I have a list of winners to prove it!)Bid Today! Proof of the appreciation of these certificates is being demonstrated here & now - on eBay! ABOUT NORFED Silver BASE-$10 & BASE-$20 & now, Base-$50 Valuation Systems:"Base-10" certificates are the Original release version of NORFED Silver Certificates. They are title to 1/10th ounce (troy) of .999-fine silver; -- While the newer "Base-20" certificates (which were revalued to keep 'par' with the falling US Dollar) are title to 1/20th of a troy ounce of .999-fine silver. With Silver continuing to fluctuate madly -- the threshold for Base-$50 has been reached -- valuing each Liberty Dollar at 250% of it's previous! And this -- at a time when production has been halted! This means that is soon as liberty services is done with it's lawsuit/s against the government -- each Base-$20 certificate will be open to exchange for one 250% more face value! And as people do that -- these will become yet rarer! To exchange or to hold! The dilemmas of climbing values! Base 10 NORFED Certificates are no longer issued; -- The newer, Base-20 certificates supplanted them in 2005. Base 10 certificate exchange 5:1 with base $50 Liberty Dollars. $100 in LD gets you $500 in LD. Any questions? Each has a face value of 1 Dollar (a suggested negotiating rate, -but at the current price of silver, the value of the backing metal on base-10 certificates is substantially higher every week it seems!) With the current fall of the US Dollar, it appears that this may soon be the case with the base-20 & base-50 certificates as well! Silver is on the move! If you take (ONE) divided by the base valuation & multiply that by the face value of the Liberty Dollar's denomination, you'll get as a result the amount of precious metal backing the Liberty Dollar you're curious about. Each certificate I offer is being auctioned solely for numismatic consideration value only because I cannot guarantee if the backing metal will be returned -even if Liberty Services prevails in it's lawsuit against the US Govt. Even so, the value of these certificates has been climbing rapidly! They are highly sought collectibles! See Below. Security Feature Highlights: Ultra high security features that are superior to the US dollar make the NORFED Liberty-Dollar impossible to counterfeit. Some of the many security features designed into each piece of currency include special paper, metallic-printing, microprinting of the Preamble of the U.S. Constitution, the Pledge of Allegiance, the First Amendment, and the introduction to the Declaration of Independence in the border, plus an invisible thread containing a DNA code. To understand all of the security features of the notes, -as well as current events with the Liberty Dollar (& why this is such an unprecedented opportunity to get a collectible), -visit the Liberty Dollar's Website. Liberty-Dollar certificates are issued by the same organization that issues the Copper, Silver, Gold & Platinum Ron Paul Presidential Liberty-Dollars - Recently making headline news! I'm starting the bidding at $.01 The shipping will vary based on your location globally. Serious Bidders Only. So, if you want a small piece of history in the making - regardless of the outcome of the various legal battles being fought over this fundamental right to produce & trade items made of (or relating to) precious metals: Place your bid for this uncirculated $20 Liberty Dollar Silver Certificate; -- And, once you have become the proud owner, -you become eligible to freely sign up for the class-action lawsuit being brought against the government to recover the precious metal (originally put in storage - to back all Liberty Dollar Certificates)! If the court awards punitive damages, you'll be entitled to them too! Yes, work that notion into your "bidder"! Because of the International appeal of the Liberty Dollar, - there are potential claimants from all over the globe! You can become one as well! Obtain a Liberty Dollar & join the class-action! Lay claim to a part of one of the most important court cases of the century! Regardless of the outcome, you will be able to point at the Liberty-Dollar & say: "This is where things really began to change drastically!" All Liberty Dollar products are numismatic items & are deemed collectible; -- Declared by several organizations that are numismatics authorities. Since the government assault on Liberty Services, -the value increases have been remarkable (as evidenced right here on eBay)! All serious collectors know: This is a huge issue and it will shape history -- and potentially affect every minted item everywhere. Is this the 1st step towards confiscation of precious metals - like gold was confiscated early in the 20th century by the US Government? Some people think so. If this is true, only numismatic silver & gold will be exempted - as it was in the early part of the 20th century when the US Govt outlawed the private ownership of gold. By the way: The most valuable coin ever auctioned was one that had been "outlawed" by the US Govt in 1933. Someone didn't "turn it in" & it escaped the smelters. Almost 70 years later, it was auctioned for a record price & the rest is history! In November of 2007, the US Government declared the Liberty Dollar to be "illegal somehow". This proclamation was made after 9 years of the government saying repeatedly that the Liberty Dollar was legal! What do you suppose will happen to the Liberty Dollars & Silver Certificates that people manage to hold on to thru this? History has already shown us! The only real question is "How much?"! Who can say other than history itself! "Those who understand history are destined to profit from it's lessons." -Unbekannt Liberty-Dollar certificates make an awesome gift or addition to any private collection. Astonishing History: Roughly 2 years ago, the privately issued currency called the Liberty Dollar - climbed substantially (OK, EXPLODED) in value against the US 'Dollar', - because Silver - the metal backing the the Liberty Dollar's value - sustained a new high. Because the Liberty Dollar was designed to work somewhat 'on-par' with the US 'Dollar' as a convenience to its users, -the Liberty Dollar organization revalued this new revolutionary currency & offered it's holders (2) of the newly issued (Base $20) Liberty Dollars in exchange for each of the older (Base $10). The silver, coin-like rounds (Libertys) were also accepted in return for reminted ones showing the adjusted negotiating basis of $20 per ounce in place of the previous rate of $10/oz. Positive press -such as a segment on the Learning Channel, & growing recognition among consumers & collectors everywhere (as well as various numismatics organizations) began to propel the Liberty Dollar (& more importantly, -the principles of using a value-backed currency), - into a greater public awareness. At roughly the same time the Liberty Dollar was doubling, -the private central bank for the United States - the Federal Reserve, -announced that it would no longer publish 'M3' currency figures - in a statement claiming that 'M3' wasn't useful statistically. Despite that claim, - 'M3' data (which is an indicator of the amount of US currency in circulation) continued to be collected. Some economists were skeptical. Their concerns were that the US was about to go on an unbridled money-printing & spending spree & the real reason that 'M3' figures were not being published was because those about to debase the US 'Dollar" didn't want the 'M3' numbers to shed light on their activity. So, here we are, 2 years later with a US 'Dollar' that is falling like a meteor, & leaving a inflating smoke-trail of global criticism as it does so. Other global currencies such as the Euro have jumped 30, 40 & 50+ percent against it. Even the Canadian Dollar, which for decades traded at a mere fraction of its US neighbor is now valued on par! Beauty, eh? And the Liberty Dollar? Well, with silver at almost double what it was 2 years ago when the Liberty Dollar moved up; -Liberty Services was preparing once again to offer revalued currency at a new $50/oz basis (so that people using the Liberty Dollar to barter wouldn't need to do complex mental-conversions in their head in order to negotiate it to approximate par with the rapidly falling US 'Dollar'). And what was the response of the US Government? Well, at first (for 8+ years) - there was no problem at all with the Liberty Dollar as written statements from several govt agencies & the Federal Reserve well establish. But, in 2006 (8 years after the Liberty Dollar's introduction), the US Mint issued a "warning" that using the Liberty Dollars as "Current Money" was (according to some attorneys in some government office somewhere) unlawful. People who understood the actual law, raised objection that the Mint's statement was misleading -- because the Liberty Dollar was NEVER intended to be used nor confused with "current money". Why on earth would Liberty Services ever want their pure silver, gold & copper "Libertys" to be confused with US junk-metal coins? Common sense aside, -each Liberty dollar has a website URL, a copyright notice & a telephone number on the back! The Liberty Dollar website for years has also had clarifying information on it preemptively explaining these exact issues! Just who was trying to confuse who? Liberty Services filed a lawsuit against the US Mint over the mint's misleading statements & the misrepresentations made by the US Mint that Liberty Dollars were "unlawful" & that they were being used as "current money" (when they have been marketed for years (since 1998) as a value-backed alternative currency). It would be as if US Citizens wanted to barter in silver & copper rounds of fixed weights & purity, instead of US 'Dollars'; --And suddenly the US government said to people "You can't barter using that non-US 'currency'!" "Legal-Tender Laws" (forcing people to use a government mandated currency) are unconstitutional; And yet, in 2007 we see the "ghost of Tyrant's-past" rattling junk-metal chains. With the lawsuit still pending, in November of 2007, the FBI & Secret Service (again, -the exact same Secret Service which for years had known about the Liberty Dollar & declared it legal) -raided Liberty Services & took all of the precious metal, over 2 tons of pure copper Ron Paul special edition Libertys (minted in support of Presidential candidate Dr. Ron Paul) & all of the office equipment, computers, etc. As of late February 2008, nobody at Liberty Services has been charged with a crime or convicted of ANY wrongdoing; -- but the government is trying to auction what it seized anyhow! Imagine that -- just as I predicted the day after the seize! Those of you have seen FreedomToFascism on G00GLE know that this trend will only get worse! In addition to ransacking Liberty Services office, the government also seized the precious metal backing the Liberty Dollar Certificates that are in circulation; -& it is at that point where the true character of this "raid" became obvious. You see, the beautiful paper silver certificates issued by Liberty Services were each, a title to a certain mass of precious metal securely warehoused & audited by 3rd parties. The precious metal in that vault was the property of the certificate holders, - NOT Liberty Services. Liberty Services was merely a trustee responsible for redemption of certificates if/when the holders wanted the backing metal. Essentially, the government confiscated the property of thousands of private citizens (from many nations - in addition to the USA)! The assets managed by a trustee are not the property of the trustee; -& therefore not subject to claims made against the trustee. This principle is so well settled in law that even Moses knew it! That's the scope of the history the Liberty Dollar is making! It is unparalleled in the history of numismatics. Unless you are aware of these events, you cannot gauge what makes the Liberty Dollar so collectible! The only reason I'm auctioning these certificates is because I own a number of them, and people who want to join the plaintiff-class in the Liberty Dollar lawsuit against the govt need to hold at least (1). History is shouting loudly that: "Every serious collector should have a Liberty Dollar collection!" Are you going to see the opportunity right before you; -- 0r be one of the many people in the future who'll look with envy back at this very moment with regret & say, "If only I had known!"... There is only (1) candidate in the Presidential Primaries who fully understands & promotes sound money policy: Dr. Ron Paul Citing Liberty Dollar, Rep. Paul offers Free Competition in Currency ActSubmitted by cpowell on Wed, 2007-12-19 05:22. Section: Daily Dispatcheshttp://www.house.gov/paul/congrec/congrec2007/cr121307h.htm Statement by U.S. Rep. Ron PaulU.S. House of Representatives, Washington, D.C.Thursday, December 13, 2007 Madame Speaker, I rise to introduce the Free Competition in Currency Act. This act would eliminate two sections of U.S. Code that, although ostensibly intended to punish counterfeiters, have instead been used by the government to shut down private mints. As anti-counterfeiting measures, these sections are superfluous, as 18 USC 485, 490, and 491 already grant sufficient authority to punish counterfeiters. The two sections this bill repeals, 18 USC 486 and 489, are so broadly written as to effectively restrict any form of private coinage from competing with the products of the United States Mint. Allowing such statutes to remain in force as a catch-all provision merely encourages prosecutorial abuse. One particular egregious recent example is that of the Liberty Dollar, in which federal agents seized millions of dollars worth of private currency held by a private mint on behalf of thousands of people across the country. Due to nearly a century of inflationary monetary policy on the part of the Federal Reserve, the US dollar stands at historically low levels. Investors around the world are shunning the dollar, and millions of Americans see their salaries, savings accounts, and pensions eroded away by rising inflation. We stand on the precipice of an unprecedented monetary collapse, and as a result many people have begun to look for alternatives to the dollar. As a proponent of competition in currencies, I believe that the American people should be free to choose the type of currency they prefer to use. The ability of consumers to adopt alternative currencies can help to keep the government and the Federal Reserve honest, as the threat that further inflation will cause more and more people to opt out of using the dollar may restrain the government from debasing the currency. As monopolists, however, the Federal Reserve and the Mint fear competition, and would rather force competitors out using the federal court system and the threat of asset forfeiture than compete in the market. A free society should shun this type of strong-arm action, and the Free Competition in Currency Act would take the necessary first steps to freeing the market for competing currencies. I urge my colleagues to support this bill.* * * Contrasted with Ron Paul, --all the other candidates are bad Xerox copies of each other. Contrary to the mass-media's under-reporting & mischaracterization of his campaign, Ron Paul is running at #1 in grass-roots polling & his internet presence is unmatched. Pay no attention to the fact he's running in the "Republican't party". He's a staunch constitutionalist & his record speaks clearly. He supports the principles behind the Liberty Dollar! Don't take my word for it; -- Simply G00GLE him. January 30. 2008 - UPDATE on the class-action-lawsuit... "Dear Liberty Dollar Supporters:...Please note it now appears that we will pursue a Class Action Lawsuit. If you have any paper certificates or digital Liberty Dollars you were damaged. Please sign up for the Class Action Lawsuit at: http://www.libertydollar.org/classaction/index.php. This will also entitle you to be a Liberty Associate for FREE when we move up to the new $50 Silver Base." - Bernard VNH ... About Shipping & Handling: Some have asked how I arrive at the posted S&H price. Well, if you study the history of the Liberty Dollar, you'll discover that the US Government has had no problem raiding private businesses & confiscating inventory without charging anyone with any wrongdoing (as mentioned previously in ref to "forfeiture" by myself & by Congressman Ron Paul in the recent legislation referenced herein). Since I want to make sure you get what you win, most of these certificates have to be shipped from a secure location to where they are cataloged & then reshipped to the winning bidder. Some get shipped 3 times! S&H prices are to help offset these expenses - undertaken to help make sure that you get what you won. Shipping internationally can really drive up expenses (Just shipping to from the US to Canada is over $25 to some locations, for example)! Thanks for asking a valid question. I hope this explains the issue better. On Mar-10-08 at 14:50:50 PDT, seller added the following information: March 10, 2008 - UPDATE on the class-action-lawsuit...
