Each Silver coin weighs 34.107 grams and the silver content is one Troy Ounce. The diameter of each silver coin is 40mm. These coins are all legal tender as issued by the Royal Canadian Mint. The reverse of each coin depicts a differnt event from the 1988 Winter Olympics and the details are included in the accompaning certificates. The Gold Coin is a $100 dollar denomination and is comprised of 58.3% pure gold and 41.7 % copper. The coin weighs 13,338 grams of which 7.775 grams (1/4 Troy Ounce) is pure Gold.
