Rare 1933 1st American English Edition of Mein Kampf by Adolf Hitler. This is a rare hardcover book with dustjacket titled Mein Kampf by Adolf Hitler. This is the First American edition. It is the E. T. S. Dugdale translation. Published by Houghton Mifflin Company, Boston, 1933. 297 pages, clean and tightly bound.  Covers securely attached with no cracking of hinges at all, either in or out. The covers are in very nice condition. The spine is slightly sun faded. No writing in book at all and no signs of previous ownership. Book is in very good plus condition. Please note that  it also includes a facsimile of the very hard-to-find original dustjacket.        ARTWORK:   Henri Matisse (December 31, 1869 – November 3, 1954) was a French artist, known for his use of colour and his fluid, brilliant and original draughtsmanship. As a draughtsman, printmaker, and sculptor, but principally as a painter, Matisse is one of the best-known artists of the 20th century. Although he was initially labeled as a Fauve (wild beast), by the 1920s, he was increasingly hailed as an upholder of the classical tradition in French painting. His mastery of the expressive language of colour and drawing, displayed in a body of work spanning over a half-century, won him recognition as a leading figure in modern art. From what we have researched the appraisal was done as an "actual value" appraisal and not some overvalued amount that is sometimes seen. Note we did not have this appraisal done we received it with the painting but we recommend getting a 2nd look due to the potential for an increase in appraised value.   Pablo Picasso Print Pablo Picasso (1881-1973) "CELESTINE (1903)" Almost single-handedly reinventing art as it had been understood up to that time, most historians agree that Pablo Picasso (1889 - 1973) was most responsible for the new era in art that became known simply as "Modern". This framed piece is definitely unique it actually comes with a COA and it looks like the print was done in 1953. A great piece to add to any collection.   South American Oil Painting Here's another unique piece the artist behind it is unknown. Looks to be of some type of Angel but we don't know for sure. Please note that this will come unframed to you.       ANTIQUES:   First up is a  wonderful hardcover book titled The Illustrated Life of Washington. This book is from 1864(yes that was during the Civil War). Here's your chance to get a Museum Quality Book. Please take look at the Vivid and Very Unique Pen-paintings of Battles and Incidents. Book is by Hon. J. T. Headley, Author of 'Washington and His Generals,' 'Napoleon and His Marshals,' 'Sacred Mountains,' &c. Together with an Interesting Account of Mount Vernon as it is. The Whole Embellished with Numerous Steel and Wood Engravings and a splendid view of Mount Vernon and Washington's Tomb." This is a rare book and was sold Only by Subscription. Covers and spine have elaborate, blind-stamped rules and decorations. Both covers have a central bust of Washington inside an oval wreath of laurel leaves. Red cloth boards with of gold decoration, but a good portion of the gold has rubbed off. Book features gorgeous pen-paintings in full color! Also has many other steel plate engravings. The full color illustrations are just so bright and beautiful!!! Thick book consisting of 528 pages. Marbellized design of page ends. First three blank pages have a bit of soiling on outer edge. Covers are firmly attached. Head and heel of spine is worn with some corner wear also. The pen-paintings in this book overshadow any flaws this book has. They would look fantastic framed! Very rare and very collectible. Wonderful gift idea.         Another Book from the 1800's. It is is a 1889 First Edition of Far In The Forest by S. Weir Mitchell.   Handpainted Japan Cream & Sugar Bowl Set. Amazing pieces, Great attention to detail on these. Will Make a great family heirloom. Both pieces are in excellent condition except for a small crack on the inside of one of the lids.           A Gorgeous Glass Serving Bowl. Great Design on this piece. We did not have time to research but the pattern looks like a Windsor Diamond type pattern. We did notice a small chip in the piece but is virtually unnoticable.   A beautiful candy dish. Made of Glass. We are unsure of the maker but is a quality piece.     A 4 inch tall Crystal Egg. We don't know if this is an antique but is a wonderful looking addition to this estate.       A first-class collection!! Massive value on these coins. There are many different ways to get a value of a coin some use the Red Book, some use the Greysheets, and there are several other valuation services out there. We valued some of these according to Collectors Universe Online Guide ( also known as the PCGS website).  Some of the coins had very large retail values a lot were $500+. The top 3 coins had values of $2750, $2800, and one was even valued at $4000! This collection definetly contains some keepers. 2 MS65 Morgan Dollars.
